Welcome to Room 9 2014 Blog.
Welcome to Room 9 2014 Blog.
We have an eclectic cohort of students
from diverse ethnic heritage. Although,
all students were born in Aotearoa/New Zealand we all have proud cultural links
with various locations around the globe.
From the beautiful Island of Tonga, to the majestic Islands of Samoa, Niue,
Rarotonga, Fiji and across the blue ocean to the Kingdom of Cambodia in
Southeast Asia through to representation of tangata whenua from Aotearoa.
Our goal for 2014 is to learn as much as practicable about
learning and in doing so we have fun.
Building respect, trust and self-belief on our learning journey we will develop
a learning environment that both challenges and supports each and every one of us so
that we can achieve our potential in the classroom, on the sports field, and on the
musical, maths, spelling, speech and debating stages.
We welcome all positive communications from across the globe and also within our beautiful country of Aotearoa/New Zealand. Room 9 is a Year 5 & 6 mixed gender classroom.
